Reservations are confirmed with a deposit equal to one night's cost, payable by credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellation

We believe in flexibility. Plans change, weather changes, mountains stay.

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
  • Within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable
  • No-show or early departure is charged in full

Ontas is a quiet guesthouse. We ask guests to keep it so, especially after 22:00.
