Privacy Policy

Welcome to www.xenonasontas.gr. The protection of your personal data is of paramount importance to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we manage it, and your rights under applicable law.

1. Definitions & Parties Involved

  • Responsible Party / Reservations Department and/or Property Owner: As per the contact details provided on this website (hereinafter the "reservations manager").
  • Website Administrator: The company clickhere.gr (hereinafter the "administrator"). For the administrator's contact details and terms of use governing this website, please refer to the relevant links on the website.

2. Contact Form

2.1 Data Collection

By using the contact form, you submit data that you choose to fill in, such as:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your country of residence
  • Additional details (e.g. landline or mobile phone number, if provided)
  • Anonymous technical information about your browser (e.g. Android, Mozilla, iPhone/Safari, etc.)
⚠ IMPORTANT: Please do NOT send sensitive personal data through the contact form (such as credit card numbers). As a general security rule, do not submit information that has not been requested from you. For secure bookings/payments, the website redirects to an external booking engine (see Section 5).

2.2 Age Limit

Persons under the age of 16 are expressly prohibited from submitting personal information through the contact form.

2.3 Processing Purpose & Transfer

When you submit a form, the details are sent to the reservations manager's email and to the administrator. They are used exclusively to handle your request (e.g. accommodation enquiry). Full confidentiality is ensured, unless you expressly consent otherwise.

The administrator retains backup copies of messages for the following reasons:

  • Technical support: To forward messages to the reservations manager in the event of a technical issue with their email.
  • System monitoring: To ensure the contact form is functioning correctly.
  • Statistical analysis: To monitor website performance (e.g. total number of requests) with the aim of improving it.

Note: The administrator does not automatically receive copies of subsequent correspondence between you and the reservations manager, unless cc'd to an email ending in @clickhere.gr.

2.4 Emergency Communication by the Administrator

In rare cases and at the request of the reservations manager (e.g. if they are unable to respond in time due to force majeure), the administrator reserves the right to contact you directly, solely to assist in handling your request.

3. Traffic Statistics Recording (Server Logs)

As with any server, traffic to the website is logged automatically.

  • Anonymous Statistics: Reports are generated with general data (traffic per day/month, country of origin, device type).
  • Personal Data: For information such as IP addresses, strict confidentiality is maintained and data is stored in a secure environment.

Offline backup copies of logs are kept by the administrator for:

  • Recovery of anonymous statistical data in the event of loss.
  • Detection and prevention of malicious activity (cyber-attacks), to maintain a safe browsing environment.
  • Compliance with legal or contractual requirements.

4. Embedded Third-Party Services

To enhance the browsing experience, the website uses external services. These services may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

  • Google Maps (Google Inc.)
  • Google Fonts (Google Inc.) — Google Privacy Policy
  • PriceCheck (BookOnlineNow.net) — BookOnlineNow Privacy Policy

5. Links to Third-Party Websites (Booking Engines)

The website may include links to third-party websites, such as a booking engine contracted by the property owner. There you can check availability, real-time prices, and make a booking or payment.

The administrator carries out thorough checks on partner websites to ensure they meet security standards. However, as these are outside the administrator's control, you are advised to read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of each third-party website.

6. Network Usage

We use high-standard hosting and content delivery network (CDN) services. Before each partnership, the administrator conducts research to ensure your anonymity to the greatest possible extent. For example, cookies are disabled where technically feasible, provided this does not affect the proper functioning of the website.

7. Data Security

The security of your data is a priority for us. However, as technology evolves, no one can guarantee 100% security on the Internet.

For this reason, it is essential that you also take security measures on your devices, such as:

  • Installing and regularly updating antivirus software.
  • Using a firewall.
  • Keeping your drivers and operating system up to date with the latest security updates.

8. Your Rights

You have the right at any time to request:

  • Access to the contact data you have submitted (copies of prior correspondence).
  • Deletion of the entire communication record held by the reservations manager, the administrator, or both.

Note: The ability to fulfil a deletion request is subject to any legal, tax or contractual record-keeping obligations incumbent upon the property or administrator.

To exercise your rights, please contact us using the contact details provided on the website.
